Once a product is made for a customer, sales are final unless agreed on between the customer and The Glitter Bin.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Replacements or refunds for damaged items will require adequate imaging of the issue.
